What are some good things to do with avocado?

So i just chopped up half of an avocado in the kitchen.
I was wondering what are some good things i could do with it? Like what kind of sandwich would it taste good on or what would it be good with on top of it?
And i am a vegetarian so no ideas that have to do with meat please!

Heres what i did

mashed up the whole avocado with cream cheese

then i put diced tomatos and onions in, salsa, and jalapino juice.
it is so good! you should try it!

Guacamole and nachos are good.
It’s also good on just toast, or with tomato, cheese.
Frankly, I think it’s good with everything. Make a sandwich you normally would and add some on.

Reflect. Think hard on what you really want to achieve. Create in your mind the perfect form you’ve been wanting for yourself. Now when you’re done with the mental part, cut out a picture closest to your goal and post it in a place you’ll see the moment you wake up. This is for you to be reminded on a daily basis.

 

Ask yourself “How”. What are you willing to do to reach that goal? Would you choose to go healthy like exercising or going to the gym? Or perhaps be more food-specific and go vegetarian?

 

How about surgery? Has that crossed your mind? You can’t decide to lose weight and not know how exactly you’re gonna do it.

 

Discipline. This is very important and should be practiced most of the time, if not all the time. You should treat this as a state of mind if you’re bent on making your program a success .

 

If you noticed, the above suggestions are more on your outlook toward getting what you want. This is crucial in overcoming the root of your problem.

 

One last thing. Picture yourself in that body you’ve always wanted. Does it bring a genuine smile to your face? If yes, then go for it! 

 

And get the body you want fast. Many of us are on the road to toning up and losing weight.  Essentially we are ridding our bodies of fat and getting in shape.  The good news is that we do not have to change everything about our diets to get on the right track.

 

As a matter of fact; a few simple changes can make a big difference.  All we need to do is make some substitutions; we can swap healthy choices for those fattening things we are in the habit of eating.

 

When you choose a sandwich for lunch be sure that your mayonnaise is canola oil mayonnaise, and consider tuna.  You will be getting a double dose of heart-healthy omega-3 fats. 

 

Another tip is adding avocado to your sandwiches.  Avocado is rich in vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, and cholesterol-lowering plant sterols.

 

Choose cheese ravioli over meat lasagna because it has about half as much total fat. Please do not stop with this article. 

 

 Do your research on your favorite foods.  I am sure you can find substitutions that you will be happy with. 

 

 Go to Google and put in a search for low-fat alternative for whatever your food entry is.  By simply making some wise choices and substitutions we can save calories and fat, thereby getting in shape faster.
