Can somebody explain the ratios of omega 3,6,9 in certain foods with lots of them?

I’m trying to find out which foods to eat to get the right balance. But I get more confused the more I read. Its seams that nuts and oils and fishes all have some of them and certain sources I’m relying on focus on one of them for certain foods and other sources focus on the other for the same food. So I don’t really know which foods I should eat to get the right amounts.

I mainly eat avocados, olive oils, and walnuts to get fats. I was thinking of taking fish oil supplements to get the EPA and DHA that are harder to get out of ALA in flaxeed oil (I think that’s how it works).

Am I missing something here?
