how can I put a little fat back in my face?
I don’t care about gaining a little fat, in fact I am trying to gain about 10-15 lbs in fat at the moment. eating a lot of fattening foods.
peanut butter, bananas, avocados and the like. also maintaining a balanced diet. but I wonder if this is the only way? I am alittle underweight for my height I believe.
I am trying to look as I did a few years back. problem is I got a little taller but no heavier. that would be the why I am trying to gain a few. I am planing on putting on some muscle but not until I get the cheeks back. can I maintain the extra weight and build muscle??
